Instead of the bustling crowds and hurried bar service, guests now have the opportunity to sit back and enjoy their wines at their own pace. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or just dipping your toe into the world of fortified wines, there's an option for everyone at Talijancich. Here's how it works:
Tasting Options:
Flight of 5 Wines: This introductory tasting option offers a curated selection of 3 table and 2 fortified wines. It's a great way to explore the different styles Talijancich offers.
Premium-Aged Fortified Wines $5 each: This option is a special treat for those familiar with Talijancich wines. Served in brandy balloons, guests can indulge in the 30-year-old Rare Tawny, 1981 Liqueur Shiraz, 1978 Rare Pedro Liqueur, and the 1983 Liqueur Muscat. This fee is refundable on a purchase of these wines.
2007 Pedro Ximenes Liqueur for $10: A limited vintage, this tasting offers a chance to savor the rich and intense flavours of this special liqueur. Unlike the others, this fee is not refundable.

Cheeseboard for $18: To complement the wine tasting experience, guests can add a cheeseboard featuring three kinds of cheese, chutney, and crackers.
