Re-release
Full-bodied with the signature fruitiness of a Verdelho, a beautiful dry finish, and perfect acid balance. This is one to drink now or age for 20 years where it will become smoother, richer, and more complex.
Verdelho is traditionally known for its production of the fortified Madeira style, which is known to be one of the longest living wines in the world.
Since our first release in 1983, we recognised its potential as a dry white of enormous character. The use of extended lees contact without oak gives our Verdelho greater texture and complexity.
It has arrived!
Zabava is a Croatian word meaning fun and entertaining.
This Shiraz and Graciano blend is deep crimson in colour with attractive flavours of fresh cherry and lifted, spicy fruit. A touch of sweetness and a refreshing natural spritz make this the ideal light red for a hot summer's day.
This unique red style is best enjoyed in a sparkling flute glass and always served chilled for any occasion.
Produced from our 1932 plantings, this is a wine that is literally made by hand and feet. Old techniques bring the best out of our fruit and allow the wine to be a true expression of our vineyard.
Low crop levels from old vines are picked at 3 stages and blended to have extraordinary and complex results. Matured in large old French oak 2000 litre cuves, oak is not evident but importantly the primary fruit and subtlety make our Shiraz unique in so many ways.
Named after Peter Talijancich, his 60 years of winemaking and honing of techniques are evident in this beautiful Shiraz.
Our first Graciano varietal release in 12 years.
Since our first planting of Graciano in 2000, I’ve seen a steady improvement in flavour development and quality of fruit and the final product as the vines have matured.
In Spain, Graciano is primarily found in the northern regions of Rioja, and frequently blended with Tempranillo and Grenache. The large, compact bunches ripen extremely late in the season - later than any other variety in the Swan Valley. It retains higher natural acidity while developing its unique
characteristics.
Deep, bright, ruby in colour and deep with the bouquet showing more complex herbal aromas with a background of dark berries, concentrated fruit and earthy notes unique to this grape variety.
The palate begins soft, but builds to rich, sweet fruit, showing more weight and complexity than any previous vintage. Aromas of mulberry and violets with a hint of spice and leather
Produced from semi-raisin Swan Valley Semillon. Hand-picked at 21 degrees Baumé.
This sweet white table wine is one of the world's more unique wine styles. Respected for its fragrance and luscious palate.
Ideally suited as an after-dinner wine with lighter desserts or cheeses.
This beautiful sweet white will continue to improve in the bottle, developing a rich honey character over the years.
What we’ve made for over 50 years- our famous Peter's Ruby.

We have purchased this fruit for 55 years from a vineyard planted in 1900, where my father as a 14 year old spent time pruning these vines.
This 2007 vintage is our greatest wine made over that 55 year period, with bottles individually numbered and comes in an individually crafted wooden box.

When I began in 1977 my father had already set aside ten barrels of Tawny from the late 1950’s through to the 1970’s. Five decades on, this Rare Tawny is the result.
Building on a Shiraz base, I used Grenache and a touch of Verdelho (as a Madeira style), then matured in old brandy casks, this Rare Tawny displays richness and concentration, but also the complexity and texture so crucial to this unique style. Rich, concentrated, and nutty, finishing medium-dry rather than sweet like a liqueur.
It is produced entirely from Swan Valley fruit and each bottling represents a blend number and is signed to confirm the date of bottling. This is our most complex wine and our first Tawny.

The Gordo Blanco Muscat variety is recognised as one of the oldest grape varieties in the world and is known for producing the finest fortified wines.
My father, Peter, had the opportunity to purchase a small quantity of this variety in 1961 and would go on to produce our most prized and sought-after fortified wine - the
Reserve Muscat 1961 Solero. The last vintage of Muscat that he and I produced together was in 1983. In recent years we were fortunate to find a small vineyard of Gordo Blanco Muscat in the swan Valley. It was exceptional quality, and I knew that blending it with our remaining 1983 Muscat was going to produce an extraordinary wine.
Please enjoy this liqueur that is the culmination of my family’s 90-year commitment to winemaking.
This unique variety in the Swan Valley brings through flavours of citrus and grapefruit developing additional texture from partial barrel fermentation and yeast lees aging.
A Semillon of great character that can be enjoyed young or be rewarded for its cellaring potential.
