Talijancich Winery Tour Terms and Conditions 

Entrance to the Winery

  1.  All guests must be over 18 years old. Minors accompanying guests cannot be left at the cellar door without a legal guardian.
  2. Talijancich Wines reserves the right to ask to sight valid ID proving proof of age. Not complying with the request may result in not being admitted to the tour.
  3. All guest must wear enclosed, flat shoes. Anyone wearing any form of thongs, sandals, high heels or any shoes where the toes and/or  heel are exposed will not be able to take part in the tour.
  4. All guests in the booking accept that the winery is considered a hazardous workplace. All guests must comply with any instructions given by the winemaker during the course of the tour.
  5. No guest is to enter an area marked 'Staff only' without an accompanying member of the Talijancich Wines staff.
  6. The floor surface within the winery is uneven in parts. Guests must be able to navigate uneven surfaces either by walking or use of a wheelchair. 
  7.  No alcohol that has not been purchased on the Talijancich Wines property is to be brought onto or consumed on the property. All outside alcohol must remain in vehicles. 
  8. Any guests deemed intoxicated or unruly will be asked to leave the property.
  9. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
  10. Smoking is not permitted inside winery buildings or within a 10 metre proximity.

Refunds and Cancellations

  1. All bookings that are cancelled by the guest are subject to a $5 per person cancellation fee, with the remaining amount to be refunded to the credit card that was used when booking online.
  2. Guests that do not arrive on the day will not receive a refund.
  3. Cancellation by the guests to will only be accepted up to 24 hours before the date and time booked (i.e. 11am the Friday before the first Saturday of the month) in order to have the booking refunded minus the $5 per person cancellation fee, after this point no refund is given. To cancel your booking, please call 08 9292 4289 or email admin@taliwine.com.au.
  4. Talijancich Wines reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time, including the day of the scheduled tour. A full refund is given if a tour is cancelled by the winery. Guests may receive a complimentary tasting of aged fortified wines (excluding 2007 Pedro Ximenes) in the cellar door in this scenario.

Release

  1. Talijancich Wines reserves the right to take photos or videos of guests throughout the tour. 
  2. You (the guest) grant Talijancich Wines permission to photograph and video you and for Talijancich Wines to use the resulting photographs and videos for marketing purposes. 
  3. If you wish to withdraw your permission for Talijancich Wines to use your images or videos of you in our marketing material, please contact us in writing and request that we do not use your image or video recordings. Withdrawal of permission must be received in writing. Please email the winery at admin@taliwine.com.au your request.
