Produced predominantly from Shiraz and Grenache, these varieties are hand picked at the raisin stage then matured in old oak casks where the Solero system is carried out; a traditional technique which involves a blending of the finest vintages dating back to 1979 to create a fortified wine of great character, with an average age of 10 years.
A rich, luscious after-dinner liqueur, displaying complex flavours of dark chocolate, liquorice and raisins with a silky smooth finish.
Truly reflecting time and tradition.
