Produced from our 1932 plantings, this is a wine that is literally made by hand and feet. Old techniques bring the best out of our fruit and allow the wine to be a true expression of our vineyard.
Low crop levels from old vines are picked at 3 stages and blended to have extraordinary and complex results. Matured in large old French oak 2000 litre cuves, oak is not evident but importantly the primary fruit and subtlety make our Shiraz unique in so many ways.
Named after Peter Talijancich, his 60 years of winemaking and honing of techniques are evident in this beautiful Shiraz.

This is a medium-bodied dry red of great poise and refinement. Salted plum with green peppercorns and eucalyptus on the nose. Allspice upfront on the palate, finishing with soft tannins and a hint of sweet tobacco.
This Shiraz will cellar for 20+ years.
