Produced from our 1932 plantings, this is a wine that is literally made by hand. We have done away with our usual old techniques and let the fruit do the talking.
Low crop levels from old vines are picked at 3 stages and blended to have extraordinary and complex results. Matured in large old French oak 2000 litre cuves, oak is not evident but importantly the primary fruit and subtlety make our Shiraz unique in so many ways.

A full body Shiraz, displaying depth and character. Deep ruby in colour with concentrated flavours of blackcurrant and dark berries.
